About Us
The independent law firms of the Management & Professional Liability Alliance ("MPLA") share a commitment to excellence, affordable representation, and integrity in the representation of management and professionals. It is the mission of MPLA to combine the resources of its members so that their clients can have the benefit of shared experience generally available only with national law firms, without having to sacrifice the unique benefits of representation by a smaller law firm.
Each of the independent law firm members of MPLA has extensive experience in six (6) practice areas. This experience includes drafting policies and agreements, counseling as to compliance and risk management, and representation in negotiations, claim resolution, investigations, litigation, and appeals.
