OSHA released the Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) requiring all OSHA-covered employers with 100 or more employees to have employees vaccinated or tested weekly. Employers must comply with it by December 5, 2021, except for testing of unvaccinated employees. Testing of the unvaccinated must start by January 4, 2022. Here is a summary of the ETS:
